It means that you have exceeded 30 reputation points. Each purple crystal can hold up to five points, while each green crystal can hold up to 10 points. Once a gem's limit is exceeded you earn a new one. So, since you have six purples and one green; 6(5 pts) + 10 pts = 40 pts, you can hold up to 40 points with those gems. Once you exceed 40 reputation points, you'll earn your second green crystal. I hope that explanation helps.
